This is a great example of thorough planning to maximise loft space. By working with our architect and the local council, we were able to construct a full width dormer where adjacent lofts hadn’t been able to. By doing so, we were able to move the stairs as far to the rear of the property as possible, enabling us to fit in a master bedroom and ensuite.
Converting this loft transformed the living space for the owners of this property, creating much needed extra space for them and their new baby.
